When I saw the package was labeled "Black Cod and Steelhead" I got very excited because I love Sablefish. However when I opened the package, my excitement turned into disappointment because there were only 2 tiny pieces of Black Cod!!!

Just broiled them and they were the best salmon I’ve ever cooked. Very buttery, melt in your mouth goodness.
