Preacher Pad

For a small blueprint gym, this is a must have..This elevates your biceps work. I found it quite humbling to be honest. Compared to biceps curls. I just wasn't prepared to be humbled as I was.

I like the ability to do a preacher curl without a bench. Nice concept. Overall, I like the preacher pad. It's well constructed with quality materials to hold up overtime. However, I find it awkward doing two dumbbell curls. Doing one at a time is fine since I can keep the pad in place in my lap. I think it will take some practice and may be easier if I get a barbell. Staging the dumbbells or barbell on a small bench in front of you should help just so you have them in front of you when placing the pad in your lap.

This is a must have for home gyms since it takes up very little space but provides the same functionality of a gym style preacher curl machine. Buy it!
