Never received order!
Very unfortunate given our families live of all things xoverland, BUT after placing our order after Black Friday, the company NEVER even shipped our order. We have attempted numerous times to get ahold of them via messaging, email and phone….all to no avail. These were supposed to be sticking stuffers for Christmas, and our order still hasn’t shipped. Not even an attempt at a follow up or status report. Very disappointed!

Have not received order
Hello, I placed my order(#6475) on October 23 and it shows still sitting in Utah and USPS has yet to receive a the package to ship. I ordered this for my husband for Christmas. Please advise. Thank you.
