Goood piece of steel. Not overly heavy.I use it on my glass top electric stove. Conducts heat very well. This will not replace a frying pan but great for grilled cheese, pancakes & eggs. I have the pizza steel in my oven and plan on getting the steel for my Kamari Joe grill. Great product.

The AMAZING Baking Steel is a total game changer. I have a Ninja Outdoor Oven, & it starts to lose heat after the second or third pizza. With The Baking Steel, I can now cook 15 pizzas back to back & never lose a degree of heat! It’s incredible. Plus, I get a perfect crisp ! If I want to, a super leopard spotted char.
