I have been using my new Mini Griddle since I received it. I have made the Legendary English muffins, which turned out great. I have grilled steak, hamburgers, and smash burgers. This baby is a lot of fun to cook on and easy to clean up and move.

Sensational! Prevents every baking problem & resolves all you may have previously had. I love my Baking Steel “Mini Griddle”! In fact, I have TWO!!! 5 STARS!!!!

The mini-griddle fits perfectly inside my Cuisinart pizza oven. The pizza oven came with a stone, but it was harder to achieve the bottom char. The griddle delivers a great crust for both thin and pan (Detroit) pizza! I'm also anxious to use it as a griddle on the stovetop!
