It is too painful removing them that I never want to put them on. The refund was a joke and they want you to pay for the pads if they are used. Can’t find out if you like it if you don’t use them. If you use them they hurt to take off so you don’t want to use them. Not worth the money.

I spent a lot of money on this and it is just really hard to use. because you have to place the sticky pieces on your upper thigh, you always have to wear shorts that are very short which I'm not used to. once situated it definitely seems to put you through a workout, but I really haven't been able to use it as much because it's just very cumbersome to use

No change I used morning and night. It's been 3 months. Dissapointed
