Don't be afraid to turn up the intensity to feel the muscle contractions. Make sure the electronic parts are wet enough while you wear the shorts and it works great! If not wet, you won't feel anything- hence it can't contact the muscles. It is tough to get on at first but that's good since you need it to fit snug for contact.

The ab belt and shorts delivered weak pulses. Even at the highest level it doesnt feel strong. Weak at best. The arm bands are strong (for now) even at level 4. The arm bands work beautifully. The other items are a bust. The stars 🌟 are for the arm bands only!
