Bonga Spice

This is a perfect rub for tantaling baked or grilled chicken thighs. I am glad to see Curio selling it in bulk.

So fresh and fragrant, really nice blend. its a mildish heat leval but still satisfying and interesting. I love it and also the tin is beautiful

Not getting as much vibrant green flavor from this as it is pretty, maybe I should be using more or something I’m not sure.
