Best mat I have ever had! I have had lots of different yoga mats and my hands have slid on all of them….. EXCEPT THIS MAT! Also very cushy and durable. Does not move or pucker after I put it down, even on carpet. Just the right amount of “sticky” to keep hands and feet from slipping.
