Popped my tire completely and called in for help asap. I dropped off my bike that day and also needed some new break pads - MOD garage staff went above and beyond in fixing up my bike. They are always the most welcoming and have the cheeriest smiles on their face when I walk in. No issues with bike since, but if something does come up I can always call in and get help immediately.

Riding this was a gift from my husband, and honestly, it felt like unlocking a piece of my teenage self again. I hadn’t been on a bike in years, but the moment I started cruising, that sense of freedom came rushing back. The wind on my face made me feel alive—like a kid flying down the street without a care in the world. And the Mod 3? It’s a dream. Easy to hop on, easy to hop off, and an absolute blast to ride.
