Wild Halibut Dinner Fillets

I haven’t tried them yet, but I’m not happy that the so-called fillets do not look anything like fillets. They look like square cubes. I will not be buying any more halibut from you.

Mild and tender halibut

The halibut was mild tasting and tender. It was easy to cook. I cooked it in the oven as per the included instructions of lower heat. I have bought these before and they don't disappoint. They arrived on time and still frozen.

The halibut tastes great but instead of fillets we received cube chunks that were very difficult to properly cook and eat. Fillets should be fillets.
