Ok,so I have just received this so no results as of yet. As far as taste, I can barely taste it and honestly if you remember the taste of supplements 30 plus years ago then this is a far cry from unpleasureable for your taste budds!! Everything from this company is legit so don’t think this will be any different. Sincerely Gen X’er.
