Large pill, a little nausea

This may be entirely on me, but the size of the capsule to large to comfortably handle. It's not ridiculously large, but for someone like me with a super damp disposition, the amount of water needed to push down the capsule results in feeling nauseated. BTW, I know how to swallow a pill, non-aggressively, without snapping back my head, it’s just that I’m one of those people who gets queasy and easily flooded by water- not to mention my esophagus feels tender afterwards. So…I can’t really tell if this is doing anything for me because it takes a couple of hours to get over taking it and so I find myself not taking the Parapro anymore. I dread it. However, I much prefer the tinctures- Metabolic Guard and Gluco Bitters. They are easy to take (in just a little bit of water) and, after 2 months of consistent use, my digestion has improved dramatically and that is a true testament to the efficacy of Organic Olivia’s products.
