Fast delivery. The product was recommended to me by a family who buy all the flavours regularly . They are big users and it’s their fave protein powder . It tastes great and blends very well in a smoothie . You wouldn’t know it was I. There . The vanilla is smooth and not grainy. I don’t like it in water - it doesn’t dissolve well unless is blender is used . I’m not sure how I can increase my daily intake of protein in a palatable way other than in a yummy smoothie which I don’t want all the time? !
