First time in use.

Not knowing mine expectations at the beginning was some what hard to begin taking it. No choice after having a serious operation on my stomach, liquid fluid eating was the only intake of food with protein. Now 5 weeks after the operation I have adapted quite well using the product in many ways to eat and be healthy.
