Was sceptical at first but thought I’d give it a go… as a nurse who works predominantly night shifts I was running low on energy and sleeping excessive hours - 2 months in and I’m feeling the changes. Waking after 8-9hrs sleep instead of 12 and getting up instead of going back to sleep! Thanks AgeMate - love it!

So far so great
Very happy to have this as part of my daily regime. I still want to continue. I believe I am benefiting from it in giving me sustained energy and just feeling generally better in my day.

Second month
I have started my second month. First container only just got me to the second container delivery. Thank goodness ness it arrived in time. On a subscription. Some days I feel like I can achieve so much and other days, not a lot.
I mix mine with creatine so enjoy the flavour. Hubby also on it as well. Will keep on keeping on to see how I go after 3 months.
Rome wasn’t built in a day and I am not a spring chicken.
