NIDRA

I and my partner have been taking the tart cherry every night to support sleep for a little over a month. I haven't noticed a difference yet. I understand it that one has to take it for 3 months in order to notice an effect. My partner started getting headaches when she took it. She'd wake up with headaches each time she took it. She looked it up and found that tart cherry can cause headaches in some people sensitive to tannins. I guess I'll continue taking it until I finish the bottles and see if it supports my sleep.

I have had insomnia all of my adult life. I've tried lots of things, but only with mild success. Nidra has been a big help in getting me back to sleep and keeping me asleep longer than other things I have tried. I will certainly order it again.

This product works so well for me at nighttime. I just make sure I do not turn on a good movie or show right after I've taken Nidra, as I will fight sleep if I'm too engaged in it! Just take it, and relax as sleep is on its way!
