Its a nice product but do not trust their sizing at all. I ordered a medium based on their sizing and its way too big and doest really offer any compression at all. Plus you have to est the shipping costs if you want to exchange or return and i cant afford it tso im stuck with this and its really not what i was expecting. I can sew so im gonna try to make it smaller myself but im pretty disappointed to be honest

Best Sleep Technology Since Weighted Blanket
I bought a sleep pod (unhooded, full length and hooded mini). I use the full length one every night now. I sleep as well as with a weighted blanket, but without the bulk or heat. The polyester material has a great deal of stretch, which is perfect for the light pressure of the "hug" of the pod. It is machine washable and dryable, which makes washing it with the sheets a breeze. I wish I would have gotten two of the original ones instead of a mini, as I dislike the ends-at-the-knees design of the mini. I like that on the original, I can choose to have my feet enclosed or exposed with the flap at the bottom. My one complaint is that I roll in my sleep and sometimes I am rolling inside the sleep pod, rather than the pod rolling with me. I have no idea how they would go about fixing that, though, so I'm not going to remove a star for that reason. Overall, the Hug Sleep Sleep Pod was well worth the money I spent on it. It has improved the quality of my sleep and I find I am more likely to sleep through the night, even versus a weighted blanket. It is easier to take on a trip versus a weighted blanket, and is half the price of a high-quality weighted blanket.

My new fave item
I have had my Hug Sleep for a little over a week, and it is the best sleep purchase I have made in a long time. This has done more to improve my sleep than specialty mattresses, ergonomic pillows, weighted blankets, or breathable sheets. If you are between sizes, I would recommend the smaller size.
