Excellent cut of meat, great seasoning! Nice to know it's all healthy. My favorite for leftovers: add melted cheese and sides of sauerkraut and dill pickles!

Next Level Delicious

Corned beef is a much-anticipated dinner at our house. We take it seriously, typically not confining it to just once a year (availability has much to do with this since we don't do the corning steps ourselves). This is the first one we've purchased from Primal Pastures, in fact it was our first shipment - had some ground beef and chicken along with. The corned beef could not have been more appreciated (even by lesser fans of the dish than my wife and me), more lean - with just enough fat for flavor, or more delicious. Our only regret is that we didn't buy more so we'd have leftovers. Simply outstanding.

Best Corned Beef!

Both my husband and myself loved this CB..I cooked in a crock pot for 7 hrs in beef broth..The flavor and tenderness were outstanding!!Back to buy more before they are gone.
