Wow, what can one say? It is extraordinary that farmers and producers are returning the Mighty Bison to the plains and prairies with such devotion. We consumers are blessed to have folks like Northstar Bison to provide a delicious - actually intensely delicious - ground bison. It is a delight to the taste buds.

Great product!
I like having the frozen ground bison on hand. We use it in chilis, and make burgers from it as well. It's very tasty, and a good value.

Perfect go to for dinner
