Chicken Rub

I wanted to smoke these Thighs but the down pours had other ideas! I decided to roast in my oven, rubbed them up with Heaths Chicken Rub and then glazed with his Peach Habanero glaze. They were amazing!

I mix this with Garlic Butter rub and pecan rub for my smoked pulled chicken. We get compliments on it every time we are open with our BBQ Trailer and sell a lot of our chicken.
