Surprised to find out that my partner and I preferred this (Paddlefish) over the Kaluga Hybrid. We loved the texture/creaminess and the balance of salty & umami. Our favorite pairing was with crackers, crème fraiche, and chives.

Delicious as always
I bought this during the leap year sale. I usually only get caviar at Christmas but it was so fun to share with a friend forward random happy hour I will buy more during the year!
