The Selenium in combination with taking liquid Zinc and Iodine has made a great difference for me. My mind has been clearer and able to remember things. I have also noticed that my concentration is more on point. I am sleeping better and waking up refreshed...and this is after only taking the supplements for a week! I am glad that I found something that works for me.
