Works as advertised. My only concern is that its not completely form fitting but I like that it's adjustable. Will have to wait if this becomes problem in deep winter, but I can always wear a thinner form fitting Balaklava under to ensure I stay warm.

I haven’t had to use this yet but I know it will keep the wind, cold and wet off me. It’s well made and fits well. I dog walk and live where winters can be very cold and windy. This will allow me to go out and stay warm and dry.
