Awesome customer service as always

I try and cycle commute through the winter. Circulation issues have made my hands the impediment to riding in the cold. I was hoping that heated gloves would keep me riding.
The item never arrived. Don’t order from them if you are in the USA. They used DPD UK shipping and there is no tracking or carrier info provided for the end delivery in the US. DPD customer service has been useless. I have contacted Sealskinz customer service twice via email and have received zero response. Great. $168 down the toilet. I’m not a wealthy person and that was a large purchase for me and I haven’t been able to afford to try a pair from another company. I’m riding my bike less and driving my truck more. Lame.
