My hair loves this shampoo
I moved away from the salon that carried Mr Smith hair products and I tried many others. My hair suffered! I finally ordered on line and my hair is happy again!

Spa like products!
Love love love the smell of the products - makes me think im at a spa every time i use them. Also use the body wash to compliment the shampoo and conditioner. My hairdresser has noticed a difference in the health of my hair as have I ☺️

horrible bottle design
Shampoo is thinner, so not a big problem. But the cream rinses are so concentrated that even when the bottle is still half full the pump no longer works. And it is very difficult to get all the product out of the bottle. I'm hurting my hand BANGING the bottle to get it out. I normally cut a bottle open and scoop the remaining product out and put it in the next bottle. But that is impossible with the THICK plastic bottles you use. I need a saw to cut it open. Such a waste of our time and your product.
