Love the product, hated the bottle!
I love the Mr Smith balancing conditioner, but the pump on the bottle was jammed when it arrived, so it was so inconvenient and annoying trying to get it out of the bottle!! Very sad :(

Hair feels very soft and smooth after use. Not too heavy for thin hair.
