They add incredible volume to my hair without weighing it down, leaving it feeling thicker and bouncier. The fresh, floral scent is a pleasant bonus, making the whole experience even better.

Good product, terrible packaging

I’ve been using Mr. Smith for years, but the bottles are horrifying. The plastic is so sturdy and square, that it’s impossible to use all the product, meaning, there’s always leftover shampoo and conditioner that the pump can’t reach.
