Good product, terrible packaging

I’ve been using Mr. Smith for years, but the bottles are horrifying. The plastic is so sturdy and square, that it’s impossible to use all the product, meaning, there’s always leftover shampoo and conditioner that the pump can’t reach.

I use both the shampoo and conditioner. I works great on my fine hair. It has become a staple in hair care, for me.
