Good product, terrible packaging
I’ve been using Mr. Smith for years, but the bottles are horrifying. The plastic is so sturdy and square, that it’s impossible to use all the product, meaning, there’s always leftover shampoo and conditioner that the pump can’t reach.

Wrong product
I ordered the stimulating shampoo and received the stimulating conditioner. I emailed customer service multiple time and haven’t heard back. Horrible customer service. I will never order from this site again.
