I received these from the fireside chat and they are so tasty! I wish they were a bit softer like the D-mannose gummies. I’m an adult so I take about 4 daily with a meal that has some fat (vitamin D is better absorbed with fat). I also take the liquid morning multivitamin and haven’t had any vitamin deficiencies in my blood work.

Very hard
The vitamins seem good, but they are very hard and not easy to chew. I wish they were softer because chewing them is difficult.
