The clams were extremely muddy. When I catch them fresh or buy them like. We soak with cornmeal and does does well at getting most of the sand out. We did 2 dozen, we had 6 clams that did not open. Will try other items, will not order clams again.

Hard to throw away! Tough and and very chewy. A terrible product I do not recommend.
