Eclipse Top Quilt

Great quilt; even better customer service!

I ordered an Eclipse Top Quilt for my summer UL trips. Just took it out last weekend and it did not disappoint! Appropriately rated at 50 F (I sleep warm so I could take it down a few degrees lower), and Jared was a dream to work with. Would definitely order more from SLD.

Hammock camped with this quilt in high twenty degree weather and it performed extremely well. Jared made sure that I got it in time for my trips and as always he did a fantastic job.

I am returning to hanging after several years off, started back in 2014 or 15 and have gear from that period. But as I returned I wanted to get some variety to my setups so I reached out to Jared and he has done nothing but excellent work for me. I already have a down TQ/UQ good to 20 degrees, but wanted something in synthetic fill for milder weather. I already had him make me a voyager and TW (rated to 40) so I ordered a wide Eclipse to round out the kit. It is awesome, very well made and the first TQ I have with a foot box, what a game changer. He also worked with me on a custom color combo with nary an issue. His work has really impressed me, and I have many 11’ hammocks and gear from other cottage vendors from the earlier time frame.
