Great Customer Service
Due to last year’s hurricanes in FL, I lost my mattresses but was able to salvage my One Bed bamboo split king sheets. After 7 months of renovation, we were able to move back home. Of course, new furniture had to be ordered including a new split king mattress & bed frame. When I went to put the sheets on the new bed, the top fitted flat sheet did not fit. Customer service worked with me to remedy the situation by offering a flat sheet without the tailored corners at the bottom. Unfortunately, they did not have the flat sheets in my desired color. Instead, we agreed on the luxe standard flat sheet. I was able to keep the colors matching the rest of my bamboo set, but have to say that I much prefer the feel of the bamboo. They are just not as soft, but I do notice that it is softening with each wash. Many thanks to One Bed for working so hard to make me happy!
