Fun challenge
I pumped up the ball to 2 psi and balancing on it is more of a challenge than I anticipated! It’s still fun! I’m using it as part of my rehab from total knee replacement.

My third Skillboard. The mini.
Bought my first Skillboard during their kickstarter campaign. Loved it and bought another for another room. Decided to purchase a mini for my office as I’ve less space there. Great decision. Same skill needed. Much smaller footprint.

Great for strengthening core.
This is great for balance and strength training, specifically your abdomen. I would purchase again if something happened to this one.
