100% going to order again, we often order from Pat Lafrieda and or Snake River Farms and these steaks are right up there!

Shipment was prompt and meat was packaged well. I purchased a x-large and that is exactly what came, a 1. 5-1. 75 once 2" steak. Really good marble, looked awesome and after thaw came out great. I let it come to room temp salted it and threw it on a hot 700 degree grill for a perfect sear. Took it off and let the center come up to a perfect 110. It came out perfect after letting is stand for 10min. Taste was rocking, really juicy and had a nice deep almost aged taste. 100% going to order again, we often order from Pat Lafrieda and or Snake River Farms and these steaks are right up there!
