Good prenatals

I specifically sought out a prenatal without iron, and not planning on taking an iron supplement unless I develop anemia and am directed to by a dr. I took these for several months before getting pregnant and now that I am pregnant I will switch to the Optimal Prenatal. I take these after food or before bed because I found I can't really stomach pills first thing in the morning.

Good product

These work well for me. I do have to take these with breakfast, not much later, or I don’t sleep so well. There’s no iron, so I have supplemented with the iron chewable starting in 2nd trimester.

Piece of Mind

I began taking this prenatal the week I found out I was pregnant. It gave me great piece of mind to know that I was giving my baby the best back up for nutrition as possible.
