Great prenatal with high-quality ingredients. I like this specific one because it's only 2 capsules a day, making it much easier to take if you're not a fun of pills. The taste and size are okay too, and I haven't had any issues taking it. Overall, it's a convenient, well made prenatal that I would definitely recommend.

I appreciate that this packs in everything I need, but in 2 pills which is easier to take than 6-8 pills. I do eat a lot of eggs so that I can get my choline. (since this one doesn’t have choline).
