Love this product and have added it to my daily routine along with Wild berry greens. I enjoy this as my afternoon drink to help my chocolate cravings. It’s a nice treat for the afternoon and curbs my sugar craving. I’ve been using about two months and have noticed my skin feels and looks healthier. Another great product from BHN to add to my daily regiment that I can trust and doesn’t have yucky ingredients. Thanks !

Dissolves completely in my hot coffee every morning. I like the vanilla flavor with a little bit of creamer.
