Joint Support Supplement

Noticed a difference after only 3 days of use.

On the front line of my joint management

At 73-years-old, I have a bit of joint damage in hips, knees, shoulders, and arms from life and lifting weights. I haven't had relief from products whose ingredients are to rebuild joint cartilage for the last 2 decades. This product's ingredients seem to focus on the inflammation aspect. With some significant knee and shoulder pain following several days of hypertrophy work, upper & lower body, I began taking 2 capsules in the AM and 2 capsules in the PM for the first 7 days, then returned to the suggested dosage of 2 capsules per day. This is methodology I learned under the tutelage of a Master Herbalist. I found significant relief, continue to take them daily, and have re-ordered. It's not my entire battlegroup against inflammation and pain, but it's on the front line of my joint management.

It seems to be working.

I am still not certain for this very expensive joint supplement. I have only tried one bottle. Sometimes it helps me, sometimes not. It’s rather inconsistent. I have tried better ( more effective)7 joint supplements for much less.
