Shadowlight Carbon 60 Backpack

One of the most Comfortable Thru packs!

I have done 2 multi day trips with this bag and it is absolutely amazing. I will say the access took some time to get used to being that it has a roll top and zipper access. The 2 outer mesh pouches were also tricky to get used to but it fits everything very comfortably and my max pack weight of 34lbs with water. A downside to this pack is the pouch for the water bladder inside the pack is very small and has a hard time fitting most water bladders. After emailing and asking if they make a bigger pouch, I was met with a "sorry thats just kinda the way it is" kind of response. Which I understand. Thats how the pack is made. Id suggest making that pouch just a little bit wider. I have not tried yet to stick a full sized bear bin in being that the inside is only 49L but im almost confident it would still work. Overall, I am extremely happy with this purchase. Its comfortable, durable, access is really easy and convenient. Its base weight is perfect to work with UL backpacking. Ive even got several compliments on the trail about how nice the pack is. lol Trust me, that matters :). I Have several more trips planned and having a reliable and comfortable bags makes me that much more excited to get out there.

Close to perfection.

I just got back from a 3 day backpack trip with the Shadowlight Carbon 60. It carried 30lbs with ease. I thought I wouldn't like the zipper opening down the front, however I needed to use it twice this trip and it made life easier. Overall, this backpack checks all the boxes for my needs.

A place for everything; without using cubes!

Great Pack! I like lots of. pocket options to store my frequently used trail items reducing the need to get in my pack during the day. This fits pack fits the bill. The split expandable. pocket an mid-zipper works great for organization. After three weeks. of trail use, I bought one for my son.
