Love all of the Michael Hyatt stuff. Makes my days so much easier then they used to be.

Great format and content

I really liked the format and content. I think the only reason I did not get to 5 stars was that some of the solutions seemed to work better in the format for your current business model than what our model looks like. That said, we are using it as a model for updating our communications formats and channels. Also, we took the ideas for remote team members and have started discussions with clients and starting to communicate with them as "our" team members which is really what they are!
