Great carb blocker
I don't splurge too many nights on carbs. But if I want to have some pizza with the family, I'll take these, and it doesn't feel like I ate carbs. I'm not sluggish or tired. Don't want to take to often so my body will get used to them.

It works great! I don't over do it very often, but if I have a carb loaded meal and feel sluggish, I just take 2 capsules and in the morning, I feel like myself again. The bloat is gone.
