First of all, I love the fact that there is added creatine!! It can be so hard to remember to take it sometimes so I love that it’s just built in and I don’t have to worry about it. I’m giving it 4 stars just because I was hoping for more of that pre-workout itch with how much caffeine is in it, but it gives a great boost of energy for my workouts! Great flavor too!

I really love how this product includes creatine - it’s one less supplement to worry about taking! I feel like my workouts have been better for longer and I don’t notice a massive crash afterwards. It’s a really high dose of caffeine, so I’ve had to adjust my other caffeine intake so I don’t totally overdo it. But I bought this product for a second time and have no regrets. Highly recommend.
