My new favorite from DG - Bohemian
Bohemian is my new favorite roast from Dancing Goats. It a medium roast but on the bolder side and very very smooth. It makes such a creamy and an extremely satisfying cup of espresso coffee in my semi automatic machine.

Grandpa Goat Review
Time for a tasters reaction to Dancing Goats (the first of three auspiciously named DG Christmas presents):
The coffee is a blend of three varieties and it’s mild and very drinkable. Slightly sweet aftertaste; no acidity. The flavor notes on the bag are well beyond my ability to recognize, unfortunately, but the result is enjoyable and I would definitely buy this blend again.
Thanks again for the Dancing Goats gift; two more exotic sounding flavors to go. It’s fun to try analyzing what I’m actually ingesting - rather than just saying ‘Duncan Donuts’ or ‘Starbucks’. It's a nice way to start the day
