I love 700!
I've been buying Kaldi's coffee beans locally for several years. I only recently found the website with the trove of information. I decided to try 700 mainly for the chocolate. I have placed a second order. It's my new favorite.

The coffee arrived roasted one week prior. The roast matched the stated roast, medium by the way. After grinding the coffe was very aromatic with consistency in the grind. Further the pour was excellent in Chemex. Flavor was exactly what was stated and was a great smooth coffee.

Best coffee! It ruined coffee for me if I stray and go out to those big chain coffee places. I always regret it and then have to have my Kaldi cup of coffee at home.
