Will never buy different pillows. These are the best!

I bought one in 2024 and really liked it. It was starting to feel a bit worn out so I got another one a few weeks ago and it’s just not the same. Not nearly as supportive or cushioned. Customer service wasn’t overly helpful because they wanted multiple pictures “with a measuring device” included so not overly thrilled with their comfort guarantee either.

It’s better than what I had , but it’s not as wonderful as I thought it would be . I’ll give it a few more weeks to see if there is a difference.
