Amazing!

I got this with core burrs installed. I swapped it for ultra burrs. I had some issues in figuring out if the ultra burrs were aligned well. I got some good support from the weber team and was able to make some adjustments by myself. Once I ran 4 kilos of beans to settle the burrs, I started getting grinds that were consistent and predictable every single time. I mean this is an absolute dream. Virtually zero retention. Easy to use. Looks like a boss. Mad design. Absolutely love it. Over the years I have bought a few Weber products and all of them have been really good. I had been looking at this grinder for over two years before I bought it. What a piece of machinery. In conclusion it seems like this beautiful grinder has been designed to work consistently at high standards, whilst making the user’s life easy.
