This is the best Aleppo Chile pepper I’ve found and one of my favorite everyday peppers. It’s has a vibrant aroma and rich pepper flavor. It’s a darker and nicer color than alternatives I’ve tried. A little goes a long way without being too hot. Oaktown is the best.
