For soup and for dogs!
My dogs love gnawing on beef bones. I bought these to make broth, and since there was plenty of bone included in the order for broth, I gave two of the bones to my dogs... They loved them, and even better, didn't have the same stomach upset they sometimes have after eating beef bones.
Of course, the broth turned out very flavorful. I used it in cooking my bison rib roast for Christmas dinner, and also as a component in the au jus. It was phenomenal -- every part! The flavor was outstanding. The roast was delicious. One of the best meat roasts I've ever eaten!
