Excellent Customer Service

My new fleece blanket is a beautiful color (turquoise) and soft as a kitten's fur. When the carrier returned my original order to Cosy House (probably because the carrier damaged the package), Cosy House replaced my order quickly and at no cost to me! Excellent customer service!

Full/Queen / Pink

The lady loves them, but the pink one was pale. I didn't open the box. I have charcoal, and love it. So does my cat, George.
