I ordered necklace to look like the one in your email with the three names dropping down - NOT STRAIGHT ACROSS !!!!!! I even said which name (KENNA) I want on top @ 14” drop then middle @ 16” drop (KINLEY) and final @ 18” drop (LILY)
Mine starts from left to right - so it doesn’t really make sense w/order of my granddaughters.
