Bubble Name Bracelet

I love the bracelet, but the end broke off shortly after recieving and the chain came out of the bead at the end that holds it together and now I can’t wear it. Wish this was an easy fix as I loved wearing this bracelet.

I waited three weeks for this order, and i contacted them when i still hadn’t relieved my order they took 2-3 days to reply to my email and the item had suddenly been marked delivered but never showed what actual shipping company was used never even showed the item arriving in my state. Then the map pin for where the item was delievered wasnt even my actual address i showed this all to the company and they went back and forth about how since its marked delivered they cant offer a refund or replacement. The pictures of my house pin and the deliveried pin were clearly different just ridiculous honeslty.

THIS JEWELRY DOES TARNISH AND THE QUALITY IS NOT LIKE THE ADVERTISEMENT (SHINEY AND BUBBLED LIKE THE PICTURES) AND THE WILL NOT EXCHANGED THE JEWELRY. THEY TELL YOU ITS OUT OF THE WARRANTY . WHAT WARRANTY IT TOOK CLOSE TO A MONTH IF NOT A MONTH FOR DELIVERY . REGRETFUL PURCHASE
