Love the quality and the function. I wish the O-rings that combined both chains from the letters were a little thicker and strong stronger. Other than that it’s beautiful.

I waited three weeks for this order, and i contacted them when i still hadn’t relieved my order they took 2-3 days to reply to my email and the item had suddenly been marked delivered but never showed what actual shipping company was used never even showed the item arriving in my state. Then the map pin for where the item was delievered wasnt even my actual address i showed this all to the company and they went back and forth about how since its marked delivered they cant offer a refund or replacement. The pictures of my house pin and the deliveried pin were clearly different just ridiculous honeslty.

I like howy name looks like in bubble letters its super cute! I got mine in silver. First time ordering their product as a self birthday gift. Happy about my bracelet!
